Crazy FUN Friday and Saturday & How deals are made!

Found the perfect Asscher cut diamond and the ring is in the making!! All involved are excited!!!
Time zips by. I left you last where I was going to Lunch at Spago! Well what can I say the 3 hour lunch was packed with fun , flirting and sparkle! As we were being taken to our booth, there were people I haven't seen in a long time. I was pulled in many directions saying Hi , How are you? Is that pin real? I was wearing on my suite coat pocket a special diamond pin. It looks like an over grown military design metal. It looks like this  ( once I learn how to up load images I will show you ) 5 one carat round diamonds in a straight bar and at each end one more carat drop. then in the center a 3 carat round diamond and hanging from that a 9 carat pear shape. While sitting at the booth with my guest,  Barbara L., (Wolfgang's ex), come over to say hello and starting playing with my Pin and as she does she says this is a fun piece! I said yes it is and with 19 carats it really sparkly. She back up and said that's not real? Of course it is! The food was great as always and the people also fun and crazy. My friend at one of the tables gave a special dental floss as a "good seeing you gift". Different train of thought in gift giving. No she is not a Dentist, no I had nothing in my teeth either; she is a famous song writer and you hear her music all  the time. She gave me her Private house number, the number she answers and told me to call her. She wants to catch up. Some "Hollywood"  business deals happened at the table as it always does in "Hollywood". Can't say much about it yet. Stay tuned for part two , as they say!
Saturday, I went with Ashley to a "Clive Barker" party at his home. He directed the movies "Hellraiser" which Ashley starred in. Well MOCA . The Museum of Contemporary  Art,. Was having a special event where you can enjoy the 3 home compound in the Hills of Beverly Hills, drink, eat and met Clive and watch him paint! Really a special event. I was very excited to be there. The other guest were a extreme mixture of men and woman from all over southern California. By the way, Ashley, herself is an amazing painter. I was talking to 2 of the heads of MOCA and showing them Ashley's painting that she had on her phone. Deals are in the works for Ashley. Need I say, they flipped over her work and want to do a show for her! The way deals are made! Life is great! After the party we wanted some fish, so we drove down the hills of Beverly and went to a fun jet set type restaurant and ended have a fantastic time eating and, drinking some amazing red wine. Patrick our man behind the bar set everything up for us both. WOW what an evening to remember! On the jewelry end . There was a serious lack of adornment every where! I wore the big jewel pin that night. FUN!!!

Fridays are FUN!

Still looking for the right Asscher cut diamond. SOO many diamond dealers here in Los Angeles and New York, say they have an Asscher cut diamond when looking at them they are just square emerald cut diamonds. Your client won't know the difference. I say but I DO! I am still on the hunt! Time is ticking fast.
In the middle of this day I am taking my friend, Ashley Laurence, who just turned 38, to lunch at Spago in Beverly Hills. I also invited the BIG casting agent for ABC. Fun will be had at Spago. Lunch is a great place to hear who is doing who ! I will give you the inside dirt on Hollywood in my next Blogg.
This reminds of the time being a private jeweler and I still am. One of my beautiful lady clients every Friday at 11am she had me come to her home on the top of Beverly Hills . Same routine, ring the Bell, the house keeper answered and I said "Good morning", where is the Mrs? Oh! she is waiting for you in her bedroom. I am led down the halls to the bedroom just like last week. I find the Mrs. perfectly placed on the bed in a NEW this week Lingerie out fit. Hair in place and full make up. She  has been considered the little older version of Marilyn Monroe. Very SEXY. !! Well I can't really say the behind the curtain events. After I left like every Friday I would go to "The Bistro Gardens" in Beverly Hills to have a guest at my table, where the Mrs. had her standing lunch table and her guest. We would smile and enjoy out guest at lunch. Every time like clock work as I leave I pass by her table and say hello and my good by. With that "I will see you next week with a new outfit!"  wink!
I love lunch I took to lunch in New York, a Royal from England. Royal DIRT!! Guess what the Head of the Monarch carries in her little purse ( I was told by another friend who was hanging out with her. Hear say!) A flask ! and it is filled and drained. Fun facts! Who would have thought. I guess it gets cold in England. Oh! The gossip my Royal told me was all SEX stuff with whom and such. I don't think I can say those things on a Blogg.
If any one knows if I can let me Know! Because I got alot of this SEX stuff from all over the world!
Have a good weekend. Have Fun at Lunch today!

Start at the begining!

Today is my first day of Blogging!

I really didn't know where to start, so I figured that starting at the beginning will be the best!

I am a self taught jewelry designer and maker from a very young age. 3rd generation. I just love what I do.
Over the many years of designing and making jewelry, also giving my advice on "What & How" to wear jewelry. Picking out clients jewels for that special event. I learned that just being a woman doesn't come with the talent on "What & How" to wear jewelry.

One example: I have work with 2 lady clients who were blessed to going to the White House for lunches and dinners over the years of different Presidents. You would think at that social level one would know. Both came to me to have me tell them what to wear for the lunches and dinners. I was surprised! It got to the point where I photocopied their jewels and cut & paste what works together and  with what outfit..They were Very happy and looked perfect. Lesson learned for me.

I have been titled "Jeweler to the Stars" many times. I like designing Classic with an edge.

I give out a list of  "MUST HAVES" as the basic jewelry wardrobe. Every lady needs it!

Pure and simple always always sells when you don't know what to do. Going without jewelry is a person not finished being dressed. You see this every day. Not a good look. My friend Cheryl Reventlow-Post always said if you don't know what to wear throw on a BIG diamond if you have one. That always works!

 Love edgy!
Pushing the envelope just enough works really well. People takes notice. When you go too far, well we just won't go there.

Today I am looking at several Asscher cut diamonds for a client. Engagement ring. She is classic traditional and loves a touch of the "OLD" . I told the "soon to be husband", that an Asscher cut diamond is the way to go. The diamond cut is like a square emerald cut but with more sparkle. NOT a princess cut! That is different. The ring with have many small white diamonds around the center stone to bring the look into today. I am also thinking of adding Natural Pink diamonds as a sexy touch. The metal will be Platinum.

Got to go look at these Asscher cuts to see which is the best for my client. I am sooo picky!
