Who is Gerald David Bauman?

Gerald David Bauman isn’t just another great jewelry designer. He is a third generation jewelry artisan who began his craft at 14 years of age. Gerald has that something extra that no other jeweler has.

What is it that makes Gerald so special? Gerald has the talent to design for and give guidance to his clients.
Whatever the client’s lifestyle – “doing lunch” at the White House; traveling by private jet or yacht; or choosing jewelry for everyday use – Gerald offers guidance for the climbing of the social or corporate ladder. Jewelry should be your statement without your having to say a word!

From the early 1980’s, Gerald, being the private jeweler to the rich and the famous throughout the world, led the jet-set life.

After 1987, Gerald decided to focus here in America. In his first retail experience he was asked to design an exclusive line of jewelry for Henri Bendel, New York.

Later, in 1995, Gerald was contracted by certain government agencies to design secret transmitter jewelry. In 1996, Neiman-Marcus contacted him to acquire his new line of jewelry.

After 9/11, Gerald was again contracted by government agencies to design the prototype transmitter jewelry for the airline industry.

In 2002, Gerald was asked to be a limited partner with Francis Klein Antique and Estate Jewelers on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills.

In 2004, Gerald was invited to be a private jeweler for Julius Klein – the largest diamond supplier for the U.S.

Gerald had $400 million in diamonds and jewelry at his fingertips. Julius Klein supplies Harry Winston, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels just to name a few. You need diamonds in any color: white; yellow; pink; blue; green or the rarest red – Gerald is your man.

If you are in want of a fine antique piece of jewelry, like from “Cartier” 1920’s with the original sales receipt, Gerald is your man.

In 2006 Gerald created a new cut of a stone which is now “patent pending” and will change the jewelry industry. With his great reputation and his vast contacts around the world there is almost nothing that Gerald David Bauman can’t get for you. Gerald’s client list read like a “Who’s Who” of European Royalty, celebrities, jet-setters and Government Agencies.

Now, Gerald is designing “hot” and “edgy” jewelry collections for men and women and some of his collection can be seen at geralddavidbauman.com.
